The Wutherich & Co. Composite\u00a0was up 2.5% in November. This compares with the S&P\/TSX being up 5.5%.<\/p>\n
To respect the choreography, November should have been two steps back. New dance? New dance partner? Hopefully one that doesn\u2019t step on our toes quite so much. What steps do we need to learn to stay at the party? The truth is, we have stuck with the same dance for decades and don\u2019t see ourselves changing this\u2026ever. We like to think of it as a graceful waltz around the ballroom floor, though it may, from time to time, feel more like the Ballroom Blitz. All that to say, our investment approach has never changed, nor will it.<\/p>\n
Most of our companies have reported their most recent quarters in the last weeks. The results have been, for the most part, very good. These strong fundamentals provide the foundation for strong long-term returns.<\/p>\n
