Dear Clients and Friends,

Our regulators require us to have a Business Continuity Plan in place. It is allowed to be shaped according to the size and type of our business. They now want to see this plan implemented.  As many of you know, J-F and I are the only two employees of Wutherich & Co. As long as we have access to telecommunications, we can operate the business from anywhere. We have been working from our home offices for several years now and this will not change under the current circumstances. Our service suppliers, mainly National Bank Financial and Croesus Finansoft, have implemented their plans as well. Their platforms are available online and continue to operate as usual.

The bottom line is that nothing has changed in our ability to continue to operate the business. We will continue to manage your accounts with us as diligently as ever.

Meanwhile, we hope that you and your loved ones keep safe and healthy.

Nos organismes de réglementation nous demandent d’avoir un Plan de Continuité des Activités en place. Il peut être façonné en fonction de la taille et du type de notre entreprise. Ils veulent maintenant voir ce plan mis en œuvre. Comme beaucoup d’entre vous le savent, J-F et moi sommes les deux seuls employés de Wutherich & Co. Tant que nous avons accès aux télécommunications, nous pouvons exploiter l’entreprise de n’importe où. Nous travaillons depuis nos bureaux à domicile depuis plusieurs années maintenant et cela ne changera pas dans les circonstances actuelles. Nos fournisseurs de services, principalement la Financière Banque Nationale et Croesus Finansoft, ont également mis en œuvre leurs plans. Leurs plateformes sont disponibles en ligne et continuent de fonctionner comme d’habitude.

Essentiellement, rien n’a changé dans notre capacité à continuer à exploiter l’entreprise. Nous continuerons à gérer vos comptes avec la plus grande diligence.

En attendant, nous espérons que vous et vos proches restez en sécurité et en bonne santé.
